Shipping Policy

At Drench Bath and Body, we’re committed to getting your order to you quickly and reliably. Please review the details below regarding how we handle shipping.

Shipping Days

We fulfill and ship orders twice a week, on the following days:

  • Mondays

  • Thursdays

This allows us to maintain efficiency and ensure timely deliveries.

Order Cut-Off Times

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM (local time) on a shipping day will be processed and shipped same day.

  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM or on non-shipping days (Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday–Sunday) will be processed on the next shipping day.

Shipping Rates

At checkout, you can choose from available shipping options, including:

  • Standard Shipping (3–7 business days)

  • Expedited Shipping (1–3 business days)
    Shipping times apply after your order is shipped, not from the time of purchase.

Shipping rates vary depending on your location, the shipping method, and product weight. Our shipping and handling fees cover the processing, packing, and delivery of your order. Tracking information will be sent to the email provided, shortly after an item is shipped out of our facilities.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor the delivery status of your package.

Shipping Areas

We currently ship to addresses within [list countries/regions, e.g., the United States and Canada]. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
